Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any wig or hair bundles. 

Our products are considered hygienic items, and for safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot restock or resale used hair products. Please double check your order details before purchasing. 

Order Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed. All orders begin fulfillment shortly after checkout to ensure fast shipping. 

If you make an error at checkout, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase at theglambarhaircompany@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please not that changes are not guaranteed. 

Damaged or incorrect items

We carefully inspect every unit before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with: a clear photo of the item (unworn and in original packaging) and your order number. 

We will review the case and if, eligible, offer a replacement for the exact item ordered. 

Returns are not accepted for buyer's remorse, dissatisfaction with style preference, or incorrect sizing due to customer's error.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute and chargebacks or payment disputes made after confirmed delivery. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms of this return policy and understand that:

Proof of delivery, order confirmation, and product details are maintained for every transaction. 

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution may result in account restrictions or denial for future orders.
